The artists were initially approached to see if they would like to be showcased. We told them that we'd love to showcase their work, and for them to select one, two, or three of THEIR favorite representations of their work involving fire. We were also, thanks to the help of Scorch from Trick Concepts, able to include some of the work from their photo contest. We asked them if it was okay to sell their work, based on their preference. The answer to this question did not affect their inclusion in the show. Our goal was to get lots of people to see how talented these folks are! If they didn't want their photo's sold, that was okay too, they just needed to let us know. Prints that are not sold will be offered back to the artist first, if the artist doesn't want them, they will be offered to the subjects, if the subjects don't want them, we will try to find places to donate them in the Arts/Burning Man/local community.

All of them offered to let us sell their work. During the gallery showing we were able to sell THREE of the FIVE we needed to sell to cover the cost of having them printed. We can arrange for shipping if necessary, although local is preferred, and we can also accept Paypal. The goal of this project was never to make money, but to showcase the art.

  been snapping Controlled Burn most of this year, and that link is to
